About Me

I was born and raised in the Dallas, TX area, then moved to greater LA to go to college at a small, private liberal arts university. I guess you could say that I'm your average 24 year-old, but I'm not too sure :p. I love going out and having fun with friends, I'm stressed about what I want to do with my life, I enjoy staying in and watching movies on the couch cuddled up with my hubby. I'm obsessed with weddings, I love wine, dogs (well, most animals in general), shopping and fashion, movies/TV, decorating, pretty things, music, traveling, people, food, Disney, trying to figure out new social media things...the list could go on and on...

A little more about me...
My husband, Tyler, and I met in college our freshmen year. After a year there he decided to join the Army. He is currently he is an airborne combat medic. We got engaged September 25, 2008 and were married July 7, 2009 at Angel's Stadium in Anaheim, CA. You can read more about our awesome love story here.

Tyler was deployed to Afghanistan fall 2009. During that time, I went on to graduate from university. In November 2011, he was finally back and I moved to Germany to be with him. After all that time, we finally got to be together. Other than finally being together, do you know what the best part was? We lived in freakin' Europe! How awesome is that? 

Now, we've moved back to California. We're trying to find a car and apartment, I'm trying to find a job, and Tyler's going back to school.

You may be thinking, "hmmm, this is just another young/former army wife blogger. Why should I read this?" Well, that may be true, I may just be another twenty-something blogger, but why not give my blog a try? :) I'm random, I'm fun, and I sometimes try to be insightful :p.
I don't just write about my husband or being a young army wife, I also write about our travels and basically whatever I feel like. Thanks for reading and enjoy my little blog! :)
